Alex CobbSPRays starter Alex Cobb left Tuesday's game with a right forearm injury, according to Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune.It's being called a tightness in the arm. Jake McGeeRPRays left-hander Jake McGee will throw a bullpen session on Tuesday according to The Tampa Tribune.It will be the first time McGee will be on the mound since undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his pitching elbow in December. Anthony GoseCFTigers outfielder Anthony Gose will hit first or second against right-handed pitching to start the season according to Chris Iott of MLive.com.Gose is just a career .234 hitter in the major leagues, but he is below the Medoza Line at .180 versus lefties. With his great speed, the Tigers are going to see if they can use him in a platoon situation with Rajai Davis in center field. Neither should keep him from playing on opening day. Cespedes should be in for a good season in a lineup that included Miguel Cabrera and Victor Martinez.
